Returns & Exchange Policy

At Keto Kartel, we guarantee that every order arrives in pristine condition at your specified delivery address. 

If you’re not entirely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours at kk@keto-kartel.com. 

Please include a detailed description and clear photographs to support your claim for a replacement or exchange. 

Due to the perishable nature of our creations, requests without proper documentation won’t be eligible for re-shipment. Keto Kartel reserves the right to limit replacements.

Please note, that Keto Kartel cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if:

• An incorrect or outdated address is provided

• The recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery

• An updated delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt

If orders are returned or redirected due to incorrect addresses, additional charges may apply based on courier fees in the destination country.

Replacements & Refunds

All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt by reaching out to kk@keto-kartel.com. Once approved, your replacement item(s) will be shipped within 2-5 working days. If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued through your original payment method. Refunds may take 10 to 30 working days to reflect in your account. To qualify for a replacement or refund, at least one of the following conditions must apply:

• The product was damaged during delivery

• The product is defective or expired

• The wrong product was shipped
